The peristaltic pump and hose pump are new type of industrial pump in modern industry, they are widely used in pharmaceutical, food and beverage machine, chemical engineering,

inkjet printer, analysis and testing equipment, environmental etc. It is used to transport some sensitive, viscous, corrosive, grinding fluid with high purity requirements and containing certain granular meterials.

Peristaltic pump is a small flow pump, and the pressure is also small, so it is mainly used in pharmacy, food or beverage machine, laboratory, medical treatment and so on. Peristaltic pump can be divided into peristaltic pump with housing and OEM peristaltic pump,; the peristaltic pump with housing include touch screen type, LCD displayed type, LED displayed type, industrial type and batch delivery type, all these type means that the user can use it by plugging in the electric switch after get it; and for the OEM peristaltic pump, it usually used as a parts which can be installed in your equipment.

The hose pump is a positive displacement pump, it is larger than peristaltic pump, and the flow rate is in the range of 0.15-40m3/h. The hose pump get higher pressure up to 1.6Mpa. Therefore, it can transport some granular materials and viscous materials, and used in mining, construction, tunnel and other industries conditions.The flow rate and speed of hose pump is a linear constant relationship, that's mean the output speed of drive device is a certain value. Due to the structural limitations of the pump, the speed of the hose pump is not too high, generally within 60 rpm, but the pressure can be up to 6-10 bar (special design can reach 15 bar), therefore, it is important to configure different types of hose pump according to different process requirements.
